MARKIT EDM SUPPORT ENGINEER

The role of Markit EDM Support Engineer is a remote, full-time position based in New York, NY. The role is within the Financial Services - Commercial Banking industry. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Markit EDM tool and strong SQL knowledge. The Engineer will lead a small offshore team and be responsible for supporting the Investment Risk Management team by designing and implementing technology solutions for relevant data and analytics, data ingestion from various sources, and providing support for data services and frameworks. The role involves: developing code monitoring data processing troubleshooting performance issues and collaborating with internal IT teams. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with: Control-M Alteryx SQL Windows/Azure/Linux version control tools Atlassian tools Python Power BI Tableau Snowflake and DBT
