We’re looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in keeping our technicians equipped and ready to serve customers.

This position offers flexibility:

• Stay in a stable, year-round warehouse roleOR
• Transition into a paid HVAC or Plumbing Apprenticeship program

• →Order and track parts, materials, and equipment
• →Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization
• →Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
• →Deliver parts and equipment to technicians in the field
• →Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• →Coordinate with service and install teams to meet daily needs

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills (inventory/order tracking systems a plus)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Interest in learning HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades (a plus!)
