What We Offer

~1 min read

Mindset is looking for a Client Advocacy & Case Strategy Associate to work alongside our disability attorneys and advocacy team on Social Security disability cases.

You'll be working at the intersection of advocacy, legal strategy, healthcare evidence, technology, and operations. One day you may be analyzing hundreds of pages of medical evidence. Another day you may be helping an attorney identify the key issue for an upcoming disability hearing. You may also help test a new AI-enabled workflow designed to find important information that would otherwise require hours of manual review.

Think of this as a law clerk role redesigned for a technology-enabled advocacy organization. You'll review real cases, analyze medical evidence, identify gaps and important issues, conduct targeted legal research, help prepare attorneys for hearings, and contribute to the strategy behind disability claims and appeals. You'll also gain exposure to how Mindset is using AI and technology to rethink traditional legal workflows—from reviewing large medical records and identifying important evidence to improving hearing preparation and analyzing unfavorable decisions.
