Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
3-6 months prior training experience in a manufacturing facility.
Demonstrated desire, ability and potential to train and motivate assigned employees to improve job performance and production capacity.
Demonstrated knife experience (usage and sharpening).
Knowledge of jobs in designated training area(s).

Diploma or GED.
Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
Prior training experience in a meat/food processing facility.
Potential to be a future lead or foreperson.

Ability to personally achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.
Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships - develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
Ability to actively listen - give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
Demonstrated ability to convey information effectively, willingness to learn, and be coachable.
Ability to use computer to complete paperwork and reports.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
