Lead Person Rendering

• →Proficient in job set-ups, roll changes, end of day and end of week clean up.
• →Solve simple mechanical problems to keep the machines running
• →Maintain machine speed at optimized level
• →Alert supervisor when jobs are out of specification.
• →Keep accurate, legible production records
• →Follow company policies and procedures
• →Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers
• →Cooperate with other departments
• →Maintain a neat and clean area around machines
• →Assist in other departments as needed
• →Comply with company safety policies

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.

• Prior experience in a rendering facility or production environment.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable; reliable; ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

• Ability to attend work consistently.
• Must be able to withstand long periods in cold, warm, or wet/damp environments.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Be adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others.
• Ability to perform consistent, accurate work minimal direction and work successfully as part of a team.
• Maintenance aptitude recommended.
