• →Clean resident apartments: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, making beds, and linen service
• →Clean public spaces and restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies throughout the day
• →Monitor the building for cleanliness and sanitation needs
• →Transport trash and waste to disposal areas

• →Wash, dry, fold, and distribute personal laundry and linens
• →Change bedding and maintain tidy laundry spaces

• →Interact politely with prospective resident tours

• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment (vacuum, mop, washer/dryer, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts
