As a Waterfront SPIR Coordinator, you will:

→Provide Administrative support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms.
→ Specialize in System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) Coordination support for Surface Ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.
→ Accurately Input handwritten SPIR reports into the approved NSWC-PD SPIR Tracking Tool
→ Continuously monitor the SPIR Tracking Tool Database
→Provide weekly SPIR reports to the customer
→ Utilization of SPIR Tracking Sheets and Databases to meet SURFMEPP product value stream by working closely with:

→
- → Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Modernization Coordination Office
- → TYCOMM
- → SURFMEPP Community / NAVSEA

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience providing System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) OR JIRA, R-Supply, One Touch, NALCOMMIS or OMMS-NG coordination for surface ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.
2 years of experience in the utilization of tracking spreadsheets and databases.
Specialize in Quality Assurance
Active Secret security clearance.
