Underwriter Trainee - Professional Lines

 

• Ability to manage multiple, complex assignments and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment• Comfort working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment• Prior experience in insurance a plus• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Computer literacy including use of Word, Excel, and various project management tools• Flexibility and openness to change and enhancements to stay competitive in the market• Adaptability in adjusting priorities and working on multiple tasks• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with high motivation

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
