The Plumbing Service Technician I is responsible for performing small plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, assist with equipment replacements, and pipe installation.

• →Cleaning and clearing of sewer/storm piping.
• →Emergency response to after-hour plumbing calls.
• →Video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.
• →Hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer/storm piping.
• →Assists service plumbers with installations and repairs.
• →Schedules HVAC maintenance and cleaning.

• 5+ years' experience as a Service Plumber
• Experience with operating sewer machines
• Experience with operating hydro jetting equipment.
• Experience with operating sewer cameras and identifying possible drainage problems.
• Experience with pipe installation and equipment replacement.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC operation.
• Basic electrical safety.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

• OSHA 10 Certification.

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
• Climbing stairs.
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Operating machinery and/or power tools.
• Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.
• Noisy environment.
• Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20-100 pounds.
