• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.

• Familiarity with software products/services/applications; knowledge of Microsoft technologies preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues effectively.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex concepts and situations.

• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required.

  Partner with product managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile project delivery, tailoring processes to team needs and organizational objectives.

  Maintain project schedules, backlogs, and dashboards; facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

  Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

  Oversee multiple projects or program initiatives, surfacing trends, tracking business priorities, and providing portfolio-level visibility.

  Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.

  Provide regular status updates, including metrics on progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
