Responsibilities

→Assists with the execution of marketing plans.
→Prepares for and conducts appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources.
→Monitors and maintains social media sites and monitors community’s reputation online.
→Assists with planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.
→Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
→Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related business field

Education or certificates in marketing, sales, communications, advertising or related business field
Sales/marketing experience
