• →Work closely with the Installation Department and other teams to ensure timely and accurate installations in accordance with company standards and procedures
• →Provide excellent customer service on every job
• →Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• →Request necessary parts and equipment in advance for each installation and verify the truck is properly stocked with all required materials
• →Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
• →Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
• →Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• →Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform installation tasks
