Counterintelligence (CI) Management Analyst - Senior

BLUEHAWK is seeking an experienced Senior Counterintelligence (CI) Management Analyst to provide enterprise-level counterintelligence program management, strategic planning, policy development, and operational oversight in support of the Defense Counterintelligence Enterprise (DCE). The selected candidate will work with senior Department of Defense and Intelligence Community leadership to improve enterprise performance, integrate CI initiatives across the Defense enterprise, and support national-level counterintelligence priorities.

This position is ideal for a seasoned CI professional with extensive experience in counterintelligence investigations, operations, collection, analysis, and enterprise mission support.

• →Credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent.
• →State or Federal law enforcement training or investigative experience.
• →Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Defense Counterintelligence Enterprise organizations.
• →Familiarity with CI collection management, operational deconfliction, knowledge management, enterprise performance management, and strategic governance processes.
