We’re inviting ambitious graduates to register their interest in joining our National Infrastructure & Utilities team as a Graduate Land Technician where you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one and build a clear pathway into more advanced positions.

 

This is not a formal graduate scheme but a direct route into a long-term career with structured development and progression.

Requirements

We’re looking for graduates who are:

 

  • Educated in Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Interested in land, utilities and infrastructure
  • Strong communicators who are confident speaking and writing professionally
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Organised, with good time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT tools like Excel and Outlook
  • Team players who can also take initiative independently

Responsibilities

As part of the National Infrastructure and Utilities team, you will be supporting the delivery of national contracts in sectors such as transport, water, electricity, and gas.

 

This role will involve but not limited to: -

  • Supporting the acquisition of land and access rights
  • Carrying out land referencing and research
  • Assisting with negotiations with landowners
  • Helping manage compensation claims
  • Contributing to projects that have a real impact
