Responsibilities

→Active Adjuster License or Designated Home State (DHS) License required
→Minimum 3 years of General Liability and Bodily Injury claims handling experience
→Experience managing claims from investigation through final resolution
→Strong liability investigation and causation analysis skills
→Experience reviewing and evaluating medical records
→Experience establishing reserves and negotiating settlements
→Experience handling attorney-represented liability claims
→Strong written and verbal communication skills
→Effective diary management and organizational abilities
→Ability to independently manage a high-volume inventory
→Ability to work independently in a remote environment
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
→Reliable attendance during established business hours

Product liability claim experience
Product recall claim experience
Litigation management experience
Multi-jurisdictional claim handling experience
Prior TPA experience
Experience handling complex bodily injury claims

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
