Responsibilities

→Manage relationships with a significant number of Mental Health services, including Mental Health Supported Accommodation and in-patient wards.
→Cultivate strong connections with GPs, Primary Care Networks, and two large Acute Trusts (Royal Free and UCLH).
→Identify areas for integrated working, developing robust pathways and processes for reviewing referrals, and resolving issues/challenges.
→Represent the Substance Misuse service at various operational meetings.
→Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service integration strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing partnerships with Mental Health services, GPs, Primary Care Networks, and Acute Trusts.
Strong understanding of Substance Misuse needs and referral processes.
Ability to identify opportunities for integrated working and develop effective pathways.
Skilled in resolving issues and challenges related to referrals.
Representation experience at operational meetings.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
