Are you a nurse looking for better work-life balance without leaving patient care behind?

Chestnut Family Health Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Bloomington, Illinois.

This is an opportunity to continue doing meaningful, hands-on nursing while enjoying a schedule that leaves room for life outside of work. You'll have a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, along with generous paid time off and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and loan repayment.

At Chestnut, nursing is also about seeing the whole person. You'll work as part of an integrated care team connecting primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatry to help patients navigate their complete health journey.

If you want to use your nursing skills, build relationships with patients, and still have your evenings, weekends, and holidays, this could be the change you've been looking for.

  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Receive a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for RNs or $3,500 for LPNs, based on full-time or part-time status.
  • Continue providing meaningful patient care without the schedule demands of traditional bedside nursing.
  • Work alongside primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatry professionals in an integrated care setting.
  • Build relationships with patients and help them manage their health over time.
  • Provide education and support that helps patients and families better understand their care.
  • Take advantage of tuition reimbursement and loan repayment opportunities.
