Responsibilities

  • →6 years of experience working in Information Technology troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, software, or network problems (a Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for 4 years of experience)
  • →2 years of experience providing full system support for complex customer-facing technology
  • →6 years of experience administering applications, systems or networks
  • →6 years of experience in an IT support role interfacing daily with end users
  • →6 years of experience with supporting, repairing and/or troubleshooting devices, applications, or systems in specific area of job posting
  • →Ability to work outside of normal business hours to support critical systems and transit applications as required
  • →Must have a valid Washington State driver's license by hire date to operate a CT company vehicle, as needed

An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.

Hybrid telework may be available.  Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology.  You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. You may also be required to lift and carry materials up to 10 pounds occasionally.
