Clinical Trial Pharmacist

The Clinical Trial Pharmacist (RPh) manages the handling, storage, dispensing, and accountability of investigational products (IP) for a vaccine study. The role ensures compliance with the study protocol, Food and Drug Administration Philippines regulations, Department of Health Philippines guidelines, and ICH-GCP.

* Receive and store investigational vaccines following required temperature and storage conditions

* Dispense IP accurately according to the study protocol (including blinding/randomization if applicable)

* Maintain complete and accurate IP accountability records (receipt, dispensing, return, and inventory)

* Monitor and document temperature logs; report any excursions or issues

* Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections by ensuring proper documentation

* Coordinate with the Principal Investigator and study team to ensure compliance and subject safety

* Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with valid registration from the Professional Regulation Commission

* Experience in hospital or clinical research setting preferred

* Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with regulatory requirements
