Communications Specialist

Culmen International is seeking a Communications Specialist to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD.   

The Communications Specialist develops and executes communication strategies that promote awareness, adoption, and utilization of PHCoE products, resources, and initiatives among military clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders.

• →Develop health communication campaigns and outreach materials.
• →Create digital and print communication products.
• →Draft blogs, newsletters, fact sheets, and messaging materials.
• →Coordinate dissemination of research findings and clinical resources.
• →Support stakeholder engagement activities.
• →Develop graphic and multimedia content.
• →Health communication products
• →Blogs and newsletters
• →Fact sheets
• →Communication plans
• →Graphic and video media
• →Stakeholder outreach materials

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or public health communications.
• Knowledge of military audiences preferred.
• Public Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship
