→Bachelor’s Degree required or each year of approved experience may be substituted for one year of education in nursing from an accredited college or university.
→Two (2) years of experience in a direct supervisory role required.
→Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
→Software skills: Electronic medical record, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
→Program management or leadership experience in a home health or hospice setting, preferred
→Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation, transitional care, and clinical appropriateness guidelines, preferred

Must hold at least one active unencumbered RN license in either unencumbered VT or NH at the time of hire. Employees must have active unencumbered RN licenses in both VT and NH within 30 days of their hire date.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Current car insurance, which meets minimum standards
BLS within 90 days of hire
