The pay for this position starts at $22/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.58/hour.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

- Work closely with the Prinicpal and the Clinician to provide case management services as a liaison between center, families, agencies, social workers, lawyers and other involved parties.
- Will complete QI responsibilities for programs as well as gather clinical information and complete documentation as assigned.
Serve as a member of individual treatment teams, program milieu team, and QI team. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
- Engage with youth in a meaningful and positive manner, teaching and prompting appropriate behaviors, and providing positive reinforcement for the same.
- Possess adequate organizational and communication skills needed to complete required documentation, such as progress notes and incident reports.

- Minimum one year experience working with children/adolescents with mental health disabilities or graduate study in counseling, casework, social work, or related field.
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
