Intern

• Conduct research on federal and state regulatory, accreditation, and funder requirements.
• Identify and document the highest-level requirements applicable to each operational area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights.

• Exposure to real-world compliance and contract management challenges.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a mission-driven organization.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, or another related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
