• →Monitor HACCP controls, verify processes, and document results
• →Ensure corrective actions and maintain audit-ready records
• →Oversee production floor for GMP and food safety compliance
• →Identify and communicate quality or safety issues in real time
• →Perform product checks (weight, temp, packaging, labeling)
• →Complete QA documentation and support traceability/holds
• →Verify sanitation and support environmental monitoring programs
• →Assist with regulatory inspections and audit preparation

• Previous food processing or production experience is helpful but not required
• Food production experience preferred, not required
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong attention to detail, observation, and problem-solving
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good time management in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
