• →Assist potential customers who call the Catering Hotline; make recommendations that are within customer’s budget while increasing sales.
• →Exhibit proficiency in Dickey’s menu choices and catering styles.
• →Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.
• →Follow through with all catering sales and leads.
• →Call, Quote, and Email all leads within 24 hours of submission of inquiry date.
• →Update dashboard with updated statuses.
• →Follow up with guest on quotes.
• →Follow up with franchise owner regarding orders confirming readiness.
• →Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.
• →Call and/or email all follow ups
• →This role is part-time
