The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $114,071.00 to $192,797.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

The Process Excellence Subject Matter Expert provides senior leadership for enterprise project and systems transformation initiatives, with primary accountability for successful design, implementation, adoption, and stabilization of enterprise platforms and processes. The role leads cross-functional workstreams across business requirements, process redesign, governance, integrations, testing, reporting, training, cutover, and go-live readiness. Following implementation, the position supports the Project Management Office as an enterprise systems and process owner, accountable for platform governance, optimization, project systems strategy, reporting enablement, and the ongoing alignment of technology with business priorities. The successful candidate combines executive-level program leadership, strong business process knowledge, and hands-on enterprise systems implementation experience. The role serves as the primary connection among the Project Management Office, Technology, Risk, Internal Audit, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners, and provides clear decision support and escalation to executive governance.

• →Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
• →10 years additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• →12 years progressive experience in project management, program management, business transformation, or enterprise systems implementation
• →3 years experience leading or serving as a core team member on a full-lifecycle enterprise systems implementation
• →Strong business process knowledge and understanding of governance, controls, and operational requirements
• →Demonstrated experience with project data structures, reporting design, workflow configuration, and data validation
• →Hands-on experience with enterprise project management systems or comparable enterprise platforms
• →Strong project management skills, including planning, issue and risk management, and executive reporting
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence across departments

• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) MBA, Master’s Degree in Project Management, or related advanced degree
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI or enterprise project management platform certification
• Experience serving as a system or product owner for an enterprise project management platform
