We are seeking a Credit Analyst in the Dallas office of the Texas Commercial Real Estate Team. This individual will assist in the underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across all asset classes.

• →Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) and Portfolio Managers (PMs) with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Bank’s established guidelines and policies.
• →Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal business partners.
• →Ongoing portfolio management including tracking and spreading financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, annual reviews, risk rating changes, and problem loan reports.
• →Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and credit requirements.
• →Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.
• →Other projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience
• 1-2 years of banking or finance experience
• Strong business writing skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail
