Embark at Springville is seeking Behavioral Health Associates to join our trauma‑informed residential program for adolescent girls (ages 12–17). In this role, you’ll provide direct support in a high‑acuity environment—helping clients regulate emotions, maintain safety, and engage in therapeutic routines. You’ll collaborate with therapists and nurses, model healthy boundaries, and be a steady presence for teens working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and family challenges.

• →Daily routines: Support students in following structured schedules and activities with encouragement and accountability.

• 21+ years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass criminal investigation background check
• Current driver's license
• Ability to learn CPR and First-Aid.
