Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Shore Health & Rehabilitation Center in Parksley, Virginia.

You may work with individuals recovering from hospitalization, surgery, illness, injury, weakness, falls or functional decline, helping them work toward greater independence and, when possible, a safe transition back home.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing, geriatric or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
• Most importantly: someone who genuinely enjoys helping people get better
