If you're a new graduate, we're looking for a solid clinical foundation, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Skilled nursing, geriatric or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
