At FutureCare Renalis our Inventory Technician is responsible for managing, maintaining and distributing medical supplies, equipment and inventory across multiple dialysis clinic locations. The Inventory Technician will travel regularly to assigned dialysis clinics, storage facilities, suppliers and other designated locations to ensure our clinics have the supplies and equipment needed to support safe and efficient patient care.

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives  (if applicable) are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Manage inventory activities for multiple dialysis clinic locations within the assigned service area
  • →Conduct routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories at each assigned clinic
  • →Monitor supply levels and identify shortages or excessive inventory
  • →Receive, inspect, count, label, and properly store medical supplies, equipment, and other inventory
  • →Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system
  • →Enter inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and other transactions accurately and timely
  • →Monitor expiration dates and rotate inventory according to established procedures
  • →Identify and report damaged, expired, missing, or compromised supplies
  • →Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • →Maintain organized supply rooms and storage areas at each assigned clinic
  • →Ensure supplies are stored according to manufacturer instructions and applicable clinic procedures
  • →Follow infection-prevention and control procedures when handling, transporting, and storing supplies
  • →Communicate supply shortages and urgent inventory needs to clinic leadership and the appropriate supervisor
  • →Assist with inventory replenishment and distribution planning across multiple clinic locations
  • →Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and transportation documentation
  • →Assist clinics with inventory-related questions and operational needs
  • →Coordinate with clinic staff, warehouse personnel, vendors, and management as necessary
  • →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • →Follow all applicable company, safety, infection-control, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • →Perform other inventory and logistics duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, healthcare supply, or material-handling experience preferred
  • Healthcare or dialysis experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately count, track, and document inventory
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 75lbs and push heavy inventory loads up to 400lbs
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple clinic locations
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability and willingness to drive and travel between multiple dialysis clinics is required
