Intern - Architecture

• →Conduct research on client requirements and architectural standards.
• →Assist in developing projects from initial survey to construction phases.
• →Contribute to design concepts and presentations.
• →Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details.
• →Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Enscape or Lumion.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in design tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects.

• Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards.
• Exposure to building types such as transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

Compensation:The salary range for this role is $21.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
