Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
→Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in swine production, with a proven ability to enhance production performance and efficiency.
→Strong ability to evaluate production systems and develop targeted intervention strategies that improve processes, productivity, and financial outcomes.
→Skilled in assimilating, analyzing, and clearly communicating technical information, including the preparation of technical papers and materials to support sales efforts.
→Capable of working independently and managing travel requirements.
→Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America; travel may increase depending on business needs.
