Responsibilities

Experience – 2–3+ years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer maintenance, or a related residential service role.
Technical Skills – Proficiency with cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, locators, and other drain‑cleaning tools.
Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar field‑service software preferred.
Communication Skills – Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Attention to Detail – Ability to accurately diagnose issues and perform work that meets safety and code standards.
Customer‑Focused Mindset – Commitment to delivering high‑quality service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
