• →Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
• →Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.
• →Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• →Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• →Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• →Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• →Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience
• Excellent Communicator
• In-home sales
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems

This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $175k–$275k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
