HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians who are looking to grow!

• 5 Star Service Technicians that can provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Proven experience in HVAC Service Trade in Residential homes.
• High Ethics & Integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• 3+ Years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100k to $200k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
