As Director of Business Operations, you will report to the VP of Operations and help shape the future of our global Client Success and Operations organization. You will be central to driving organizational transformation and enabling scalable operations that deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your work will ensure that we are providing Client Success and Operations the space to  drive great outcomes for Indeed clients.

  • Manage cross-functional operational projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, business performance, and the customer experience.
  • Drive AI strategy and impact within an agile team - directly influence key metrics across Client Success and Operations
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to support the growth of the Client Success and Operations organization and ensure it can evolve to meet changing business priorities.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation, with a focus on identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure that Client Success activities are driving positive and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to Client Success & Operations leadership and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.
  • Drive high-impact operational initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Oversee programs and transformation efforts from planning to execution.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions to optimize processes and improve performance.
  • Partner with leadership to inform strategic priorities and ensure clarity in goals.
  • Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Build productive relationships across the organization to advance operational excellence.
  • Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.
  • Experience with process improvement, change management, and operational frameworks.
  • Strategic thinking, business judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
