The Senior Analytical Lead is part of the Global Client Insights (GCI) team within the company’s Sales organization. GCI partners with Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and others to help our largest enterprise clients solve complex hiring challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and maximize business outcomes through data-driven consulting and strategic insights.
As a Senior Analytical Lead, you will act as a trusted analytical and strategic partner to senior internal partners and enterprise clients at Indeed, leading complex, high-impact initiatives that shape client and business strategy and drive measurable revenue outcomes. You will dig into client challenges to translate data into compelling points of view and actionable insights that influence the decisions of senior leadership.
Beyond client engagements, you will develop and scale innovative analytical approaches, frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that improve how the team works.
- Own complex analytical and strategic initiatives from problem definition through delivery, navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and dependencies. Anticipate risks, align partners, and ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered on time.
- Analyze complex product, campaign, client, and market data to uncover performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities. Develop data-driven hypotheses and approaches that translate insights into measurable business impact.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready narratives and clear strategic points of view that connect insights to business and revenue outcomes. Influence high-stakes decisions with VP+ clients and internal leaders through compelling, actionable recommendations.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise clients, Sales, and Client Success through a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. Identify opportunities to improve performance, demonstrate ROI, unlock revenue, and create long-term value.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other partners. Connect perspectives, proactively share insights and challenges, and drive alignment and action across partners.
- Develop and scale new analytical frameworks, methodologies, tools, and solutions that improve how work is done. Shape the use of AI and emerging capabilities to improve insight quality, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
- Elevate analytical thinking, storytelling, and execution across the organization through leadership and mentorship. Mentor peers, share best practices, navigate ambiguity, and connect work to broader organizational priorities to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure highly ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and interpret complex and large-scale datasets. Combines data, business intuition, product knowledge, and market expertise to identify opportunities and define clear paths forward.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses and articulate clear, data-backed points of view. Confidently adapts messaging and recommendations to influence diverse audiences, including VP+ clients and internal leaders.
- Excellent business and commercial acumen with a proven ability to build trusted senior-level relationships and lead through influence. Connects analytical insights to client strategy, product performance, ROI, and revenue opportunities while aligning partners around strategic and commercial decisions.
- Innovation mindset, with experience developing and scaling analytical frameworks, methodologies, processes, or tools. Effectively applies AI and emerging technologies to improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of analytical work across teams.
- Proven technical capabilities in SQL, Tableau or similar visualization tools, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity using Salesforce and AI-enhanced workflows. Demonstrated ability to mentor others, share best practices, navigate competing priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Ability to travel (10–20% of the time).

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
