You'll help homeowners maintain safe and reliable electrical systems by:

• →Repairing and maintaining residential electrical systems and components
• →Diagnosing residential electrical issues and providing customers with repair or replacement options
• →Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
• →Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• →Creating detailed job notes and documentation within ServiceTitan
• →Providing customers with accurate estimates and clear invoice summaries
• →Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Fire & Ice Heating & Air with pride

We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service:

• 1+ year of residential maintenance experience or general electrical knowledge
• Experience with face-to-face customer service and sales
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to explain options and recommendations clearly to customers
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
