Residential HVAC Selling Technician

Fire & Ice Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Selling Technician to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions while earning uncapped commissions and working with warm, qualified leads.

This role is ideal for technicians who have strong HVAC knowledge, enjoy building relationships with customers, and want to leverage their expertise in a consultative sales environment.

• →Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• →Conduct in-home system evaluations and present replacement options
• →Educate customers on equipment, indoor air quality products, and financing options
• →Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• →Build customer trust through consultative selling and exceptional service
• →Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• →Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• →Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• →Generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
• →Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening
