Independent End Point Assessor- Facilities Services Operative

We’re seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team to deliver the following standard: 

• Level 2 Facilites Services Operative

This role could be a great fit if you are currently working as an Estate Operative, Facilities Assistant, Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Services Assistant, Workplace Coordinator or a similar position.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You'll use your industry knowledge and professional expertise to evaluate performance, maintain quality standards, and support learners in demonstrating their competence. 

• Delivering End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard
• Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
• Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
• Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading

• A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or working towards
• A Facilities Management qualification or related subject at level 3 or above, or a minimum or 2 years’ relevant Facilities Management experience
• Occupational experience within the facilities industry, having worked within maintenance, front of-house logistics, post-room services and portering in residential developments and commercial properties, hospitals, schools or retail centres and/or industrial locations
• Have contacts and networks to still undertake a management role within the facilities industry, for ongoing active CPD
• A full, clean driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your region for face-to-face assessment delivery 
• Excellent IT skills and be competent with using systems such as Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
