We’re seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team to deliver the following standard:
- Level 2 Leisure Team Member
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You'll use your industry knowledge and professional expertise to evaluate performance, maintain quality standards, and support learners in demonstrating their competence.
- Delivering EPA in line with the Level 2 Leisure Team Member standard
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading
- A recognised Assessor qualification (or working towards)
- At least 5 years experience working in a leisure and/or fitness environment
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Excellent IT skills and be competent with using systems such as Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- A full, clean driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your region for face-to-face assessment delivery
- Current contacts within the leisure / fitness industry, to show that you are maintaining hands on practical CPD
- Have maintained CPD in the leisure / fitness sector in the last 12 months
