Starting Pay: $24/hour, with consideration for experience
Schedule: Ideal hours are 11:30am–8:00pm or 12:30pm–9:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Lead patients through the consultation and intake journey with empathy and confidence
  • Clearly explain treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial expectations
  • Use strong listening and interviewing skills to understand patient needs
  • Keep patients moving forward—follow up, remove barriers, and drive conversion
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in CRM/EHR systems
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience


  • Strong passion for patient care and customer experience, especially within a mental health setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide patients through sensitive conversations
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
    • (Equivalent experience or certifications such as Medical Assistant may be considered)
  • 3+ years of experience in a mental health, healthcare, or patient care setting preferred
  • Experience working with insurance verification, benefits education, or financial counseling is a plus
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines is highly desirable

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
