The Asset Management and Specialist Financial Support team supports the Bank and our customers by ensuring that when financial difficulties result in the properties being repossessed or there are Law of Property Act Receivers appointed the best return on the asset is achieved. We are passionate about doing the right thing for our customers and ensure we keep them at the heart of all we do.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs an Asset Management Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team by delivering high-quality administrative support. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll help ensure daily activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong understanding of mortgage litigation processes, providing a solid foundation for building a successful career in financial services.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Maintaining the Asset Management Teams central mailbox.
- Providing administrative support for all properties in possession by liaising with Asset Management companies, Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivers & solicitors from repossession/appointment to the completion of the sale ensuring the systems are updated in accordance with reports and updates.
- Preparing Formal Demands and LPA appointments ensuring the right LPAs are appointed for the right properties.
- Responding to all enquiries, whether received by telephone, in writing or in person, efficiently and in accordance with the Group’s Financial Support Policy and Asset Management processes.
We offer a base salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on experience and location and a competitive benefits package including:
- 30 days annual leave
- Choose to contribute 3% or 5% pension, with employer contributions of 6% or 8% respectively

- Previous office experience in an administration role is essential.
- Intermediate skills in respect of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
- Advanced skills in respect of organisation, prioritising and time management are essential
- GSCE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English are essential.
