Targeting is where intelligence becomes action. Peraton is looking for a Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to bring that precision to USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD — one of the most specialized and consequential targeting roles in the U.S. intelligence enterprise.

In this role, you'll drive the full joint targeting cycle — from target system analysis and Electronic Target Folder production to Battle Damage Assessments and dynamic targeting support for USCYBERCOM staffs and Joint Task Forces. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in targeting boards and working groups, shape policy, and develop the next generation of targeting professionals through hands-on training. If you have the certifications, the tradecraft, and the experience to operate at this level, this role is built for you.

  • →Provide joint target intelligence across the full targeting cycle: target system analysis, joint target development, target list management, and combat assessment — in accordance with JP 3-60, JP 3-12, and applicable CJCSIs
  • →Support dynamic targeting for USCYBERCOM staffs and Joint Task Forces
  • →Coordinate joint target intelligence efforts across command components, other Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and the Intelligence Community
  • →Recommend joint target intelligence policy changes to USCYBERCOM staff
  • →Produce high-quality joint target intelligence materials including Target System Analysis (TSA), Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and Battle Damage Assessments (BDA)
  • →Develop joint target intelligence training materials and conduct OJT for government civilian, military, and contractor personnel
  • →Submit all-source intelligence production requirements, intelligence RFIs, and intelligence report evaluations
  • →Serve as subject matter expert during operational, planning, and joint targeting meetings, working groups, and coordination boards
  • →Adhere to ODNI and DIA all-source analytic tradecraft standards: ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209
  • →Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
