Responsibilities
~1 min readClient migrations fail when business requirements get lost in translation between stakeholders and technical implementation. As our Business Analyst for Client Migrations, you'll translate business and operational requirements into detailed system configurations across claims platforms, data operations endpoints, and member-facing portals. You'll work closely with Solution Design, Project Management, TPA Operations, and Technology teams to ensure data flows, system configurations, and integrations are accurately defined, tested, and implemented. Your ability to gather requirements, document configurations, identify gaps, and support testing directly determines whether client transitions execute smoothly or encounter costly delays and defects.

~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in business analysis, information systems, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years experience as Business Analyst in healthcare, insurance, or TPA space
- Hands-on experience with claims system configuration and data integrations preferred
- Strong understanding of claims administration systems and healthcare data flows
- Experience documenting requirements, configurations, and process flows
- Knowledge of data integrations, file feeds, and system endpoints
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying gaps and validating accuracy
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and technical teams effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
