Claims Specialist

Claims processing is where coverage becomes real for members. This role sits at the center of daily claims operations — processing accurately, meeting production targets, and making sure clients receive the reliable service they've contracted for. Errors here have downstream consequences; precision and consistency are what make this work matter.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
• Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with insurance database systems a plus
