Implementation Coordinator - Health Plans, TPA

As an Associate Project Manager on the Implementation team, you'll keep the internal machinery running: tracking deliverables, holding teams accountable, and flagging risk before it becomes a problem. Your work connects directly to client confidence during one of the most critical moments in the relationship — the moment they decide to trust us. When implementations land on time and on target, clients start strong, and that sets the tone for everything that follows.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
