Responsibilities

- →Oversee and direct install helpers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly
- →Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- →Review job requirements and plan installations for proper materials, tools, and timeline
- →Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks to confirm proper operation
- →Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges or on-site issues
- →Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site
- →Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain installation processes, system operation, and next steps
- →Complete accurate job documentation, including materials used and work performed
- →Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure on-time project completion and customer satisfaction
- →Uphold a professional image and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every job
- →3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation as a lead
- →Universal EPA Certification required
- →Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and duct systems
- →Proven ability to lead installation jobs and manage a team
- →Ability to read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and installation guidelines
- →Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- →Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
- →Excellent communication and customer service skills
- →Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- →Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
