RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Receptionist provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork while supporting the daily needs of the RiverWoods Community.

~1 min read- →Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- →Answer a multi-line telephone system promptly and courteously.
- →Communicate effectively with staff and concierge using two-way radios.
- →Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
- →Schedule and manage guest room reservations for residents’ family members and guests.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or secretarial role.
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- New Hampshire Notary Public preferred, but not required.
